We were lucky to have booked through an agency, which managed to move us to another hotel in time. On arrival, we were told the property had sold more rooms than it had available, supposedly because of a “problem with the bath.” They sent us to a terrible nearby place, charged us in advance, and gave us one small room despite our double-room booking. There was no soap, just one set of towels and one pillow, and nowhere to park despite their claim that parking was available. A real fraud.

The noise from the waterworks ran through our room, and every time anyone used a tap or flushed a toilet in the hotel, there was an unbearable whirring sound. The staff were also incredibly unhelpful and deceitful. They said they'd arrange a refund when we checked out early, then denied it when we followed up. This deserves zero stars, if not negative five. Huge scam, avoid at all costs.

Four nights living out of my suitcase because there was no chest of drawers, and no bedside lamp either. The room was tiny and noisy, the bathroom tiny and stinking, and nobody cleaned. The coffee machine was always switched off. No amenities at all. A really awful experience.

The breakfast they offer was rubbish, and there were no sheets. The staff didn't seem trustworthy, and there was no airport shuttle even though we'd asked for one. Be careful with the prices, they vary. The reservation and email process was anonymous, and I'm not sure about the prepayment either. I agree with Sobry's comments. Can't recommend this place, better look elsewhere.
