The house has plenty of space, but it’s poorly equipped. The parquet is noisy and rotten by the entrance. The second double bed is actually a sofa bed in the kitchen, and once it’s open there’s no usable space. There’s no proper headboard, and the wall doesn’t have room for bedside tables, a lamp, or power outlets. Since it’s a kitchen, there are no curtains, so the area isn’t private and fills with light in the morning. I asked for a double pillow, but was told there weren’t any left in the whole building. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom.

The location is great, and the accommodation is large, with a TV and heat pump. But the bathroom wasn’t in the accommodation as advertised. It’s separate, though adjacent, and you have to pass through a cold, neutral area with the door to another accommodation. That makes it embarrassing to use, and it isn’t heated enough. The hot water also runs out quickly, so you have to wait for the boiler to recharge, as the bathroom notice says.

It’s a very large room in a good spot in the city, though it feels a little dated and the floor is really noisy. The private bathroom is outside the room, which is inconvenient. You have to walk down the hallway to get there and carry one key for the room and another for the bathroom.

The location is great, but everything else was a DISASTER! Having the bathroom and toilet outside the room was very unpleasant. There was no hot water at all, so in November we had to shower with cold water. The noise was another story: the other guests made a racket and banged around as if they were at home, with no regard for anyone sleeping in the apartment. Everything is old, and they left tea bags and a kettle but not even a cup. No comment! You can find much better for that money. Never again!
