Vis Urban Suites & Spa

The room was spacious, and the spa was nice, but its booking setup was confusing. If your reservation says spa included, that doesn't mean you get it privately. Check the time slots with reception, or you may end up underground with strangers. Vinka was exceptional and seemed to cover every role, from bartender and barista to front desk, especially when some staff didn't understand. Ask her if you need help. The short-haired woman with glasses serving breakfast was attentive and nice too. One unpleasant thing: the shower smelled like pee every time, not just once.

My ground-floor room was just off the lobby, dark and noisy because of the front desk. The hotel seemed empty, so I don't know why I got such a poor room. When I asked about using the spa or steam room, I was told they were private and appointment-only. Breakfast was limited, with no fruit, and my cappuccino was cold. Parking was very inconvenient and cost 30 euros a day. I wouldn't stay here again.

We weren't staying at the hotel, but we came back to the breakfast café several times because it quickly became our comfortable little spot. Simona was warm, kind, and attentive every time. Her English was excellent, and she took time to tell us about local products, including regional fruits and other specialties. We felt really welcome and cared for. The focaccia and bruschetta with mozarella are worth recommending. They tasted freshly made.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Annalisa's deep tissue massages left me feeling taller, looser, and more fluid, as if the tension had finally unwound and my body could move in its natural rhythm again. Her hands seemed to know exactly how to work through each knot. She has real skill, but it's also her attentive presence that sets her apart. She listens with more than her ears, almost as if she understands the body's language. ___________________________________________ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Vynka was the one who welcomed me to Vis Urban Suites & Spa on my first night in Bari, and I felt at home right away. Her warmth makes her hospitality feel like friendship. Every gesture felt thoughtful and every word sincere. At the bar or reception, she has a charisma that makes you feel like family rather than a guest. A simple welcome grew into a strong friendship, the kind of connection that stays with you beyond the moment.
