Quomorari

The food really shows how much care and love there is for the region. The ingredients are exceptionally good, and the cooking respects tradition while bringing in modern flavors. The setting is refined and pleasant, with a warm welcome in the best Apulian tradition and genuine courtesy. Highly recommended.

We spent five lovely days in a peaceful oasis. The pool was beautiful, the rooms clean, and the linens changed every day. Annamaria's cooking was excellent, and Nicola and Sabrina took care in presenting the wines. Pier was always around to help with whatever came up. The only little thing was that a few mosquito nets would be nice.

It's about 5 km from Barletta, a calm place to relax and feel well. Our room was clean, breakfast had plenty of variety and was generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Two small things could be improved: adding towel racks in the bathrooms and covering the food at breakfast to keep insects away. See you soon!

For €396 for two nights, I expected much more from Quomorari. The room looked nice in its minimalist style, but it wasn't very practical, with nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries in the shower. I also accidentally broke the light bulb in the bedside table bracket, which cost me €50. At checkout, I wasn't given a receipt for the minibar items, and they kept an extra €8 because they didn't have change. The Wi-Fi barely worked on either of the two networks, so browsing and calls were impossible. The room wasn't cleaned because I had to stay in it during the two-hour service window, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, when there was a heavy summer downpour. Breakfast was already very limited by 9:30 AM, with little variety and poor quality for this price. It was served outside, and the uncovered dishes attracted bees and other insects. The wellness services were also unavailable on August 21st, in the middle of high season, because of a lack of staff. The shared areas weren't very clean either. I found a millipede on a pool towel, and there were leaves and insects on the pool floor. With all these problems, I can't recommend Quomorari at this price.
