B&B Veronica

Absurd experience. We had paid in advance for 10 days, but on arrival the owner blocked the room in front of us on booking. The next day he told us he had a reservation for the 25th and 26th of this month. We asked what we were supposed to do since we'd already paid through May 3rd, and he said we could stay in his room, where he lives. We paid for two days and got our money back, and he even paid more than we'd agreed. The bathroom was disgusting, and the TV had no sound. I strongly advise against staying here.

I had a terrible experience. I don't consider it a B&B because the owner lives on the property, and I understand this kind of accommodation to be called a guest house. I thought I'd booked a B&B with a private kitchenette. When my partner and I arrived and saw that the description didn't match, we chose not to use the reservation and got no refund. The owner kept saying that owners live on the property in all B&Bs. I've seen many, and I can't find any evidence of that.

The owner lives in the house, and there was no cleanliness at all. There was no professionalism. It's on the third floor with no elevator. Breakfast is included, but you have to ask for it because it isn't mentioned automatically. It's served at a nearby bar.

There wasn't even a glass of water, so what breakfast? Terrible, and full of lies. The room had no bathroom, and we had to share one with the owner, who lives in the same apartment. There was an active camera in the room. Why?
