The owner was welcoming and helpful, and even let us check in quite late. Our spacious room and bathroom were comfortable and had all the amenities, and everything was extremely clean. The setting was quiet, with parking, and it's a convenient spot between Perugia and Assisi. Recommended.

A really good first impression: everything looked new and clean, with TV, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. It was peaceful and just right for a cozy night's rest. Mrs. Elena was especially kind, friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Quiet, pleasant, and clean. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a good bed and new furniture. The bathroom was also spacious and new, and there's a nice parking area behind a gate. Highly recommend it 😘
