On my trip through Italy, I found this place on Google and booked it. HOTEL SANTA LUCIA was fantastic and affordable, and the breakfast was really good. Marika at reception was exceptional. She gave me helpful local guidance and taxi numbers, which got me to St. Carlos Acutie in time. In the morning, the guy was also very helpful when making tea. And thanks again to Marika for giving me a bottle of water that helped during my journey to Vatican City in Rome later that day. Thanks to Santa Lucia Hotel for a safe, amazing trip. I’d like to see you again soon.

Our travel agency had booked this hotel for us. The air conditioning was unreliable and had been switched off entirely when we arrived. There were two units, and it wasn’t clear how to control the room temperature. My main concern is the lack of in-room security. At 1:30 AM, a stranger walked into my room because the front desk had mistakenly checked them into it. That’s an inexcusable breach of safety. Breakfast for our group was poorly prepared, with basics like water missing, and cold cuts were the only protein available.

We were a tourist group and stayed four nights. Dinner was good when the kitchen chief cooked, but some people in the group weren’t happy. The rooms and bathrooms were big, and the staff were good and pleasant. One evening, though, we got back at 23:00 and the door was closed. The hotel is near the highway, so there’s a little noise.

The rooms are big, but the washrooms are small.
