Getting around without a car is very difficult. The nearest supermarket, ALDI, is 2.5 km away, and there isn't evening entertainment nearby, like billiards, darts, or a dance club. The hotel and the stretch of coast between it and the sea are beautiful, and our room was comfortable, though I missed having English or German TV channels at night. Breakfast was generous and tasty, but all sweet, with no ham, salami, eggs, or cheese. Dinner had less variety, since the appetizer and dessert were usually the same. The staff were kind and helpful, although most didn't speak foreign languages. Special thanks to Ivone and Saverio for translating and showing us around. Saverio also made excellent cappuccino every morning.

We had such a great holiday here. The whole team was wonderful and attentive, from reception through room service and the restaurant. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we'd love to come back someday if we can.

What makes this place stand out is its accessibility. The doors, bathrooms, pool, and paths are designed for wheelchair users and other needs, and the staff have special training. Some staff members have special needs too, which we hadn't realized when booking. The sea view from our balcony was lovely, and it was a nice place to sit and unwind. The room itself was a bit small, though larger ones seemed to be available. The bathroom was roomy and clean, with a bigger shower than we've seen elsewhere in Italy and great water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. There's a pool too, but we didn't get a chance to try it. It looked warm, and I think it uses salt water. It's right by the beach, just about a 30-second walk from the front door to the sand. Getting there was easy, just off a main road, and there was plenty of parking. A few archaeological and historical sites are close by if you want to explore. We ate at the restaurant, which is fairly simple. Our food was very good and the portions were generous, but prices were a little higher than at other places on our trip. The house wine was good and inexpensive. They were out of some seafood; I don't know if that was because it was the off season and the menu was limited, or because the fishing boats hadn't delivered. Dinner was still very good, and it was convenient to walk straight back to our room. There are other places to eat along the shore too. Breakfast had a good spread, mostly the usual continental choices, with eggs and bacon available if you ask for an American breakfast. Our breakfast waiter was friendly, chatted with us, and offered plenty of ideas for things to see in the area. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We had a great stay.

The inclusive social atmosphere, made richer by the active involvement of people with different abilities, is a big part of what makes this place special. It's also one of the few resorts in Italy that's fully accessible to people with disabilities. The pool has a sloped entry, so almost anyone can get in without having to deal with the depth. Ceramics made by people involved in social associations fill the bar and restaurant, and you can buy them there. This place has a generous spirit and a wonderful vision. Well done to the people behind this lovely spot on the coast between Salerno and its Amalfi Coast, Paestum, and the Cilento area.

The price is hard to beat, and the hotel is really nice. The staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. It's a good base for visiting the Amalfi coast, Vesuvio, Pompeij, and Naples. Thanks so much!
