A cosy, nice little room, and well equipped.

We spent three days here at the end of June and couldn't have found a better place. We’d struggled to find many good-value rooms in Baveno, but then stumbled on this little gem. The service was incredibly friendly, and everything was spotless and fresh. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had air conditioning, which was more than needed in those temperatures. It’s right in the center but still somewhat tucked away. The restaurant is in the building and run by the hosts, and it was one of the best we ate at during our stay. We didn’t hear any noise at all. Highly recommended.

I left my car when I arrived and picked it up again when we checked out, so we could enjoy the town on foot. The B&B is right in the center, about 100 meters from the pier for public and private ferries to the lake's main attractions. There is paid parking in a little square, but the owner gave directions to free spaces just a few dozen meters away. The rooms were spotless, and even when we checked out late around noon, ours had been tidied and the towels changed that last day. It's above the POSTA restaurant, which serves very good food, and there are plenty of other choices nearby, from pizzerias and takeaways to taverns. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay and were treated so well. A real blessing, and my heartfelt thanks.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and did their best to meet our requests. We only spent two nights, but they still cleaned and made up our room. The beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were lovely. The inn is small and charming, well cared for, and the room was just as neat. It's right in the center, handy for everything but quiet, with several free parking areas close by. We had no trouble finding a space. Highly recommended!
