We were able to enjoy Venice’s history and culture easily because Ca Rosada is so close to Piazza San Marco. My family and I had an incredible stay there. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts and amenities we could want. It’s a lovely choice for either leisure or business, with a great mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We’ll remember our time in one of the world’s most enchanting cities.

Ca Rosada is about a six-minute walk from the San Zaccaria Vaporetto Waterbus Stop, and the Biennale di Venezia Exhibition Centre is ten minutes away on foot. The listing says it’s 12 minutes’ walk from the beach. Saint Mark’s Square is 600 m away. The airport distances given are 18 km for Marco Polo Airport and 8 km for Venice Marco Polo airport. The apartment has air conditioning, free WiFi, and modern dècor with wood-beamed ceilings. It’s arranged over two levels: downstairs there’s a living area with a kitchenette and dining space, and a glass staircase leads to an en suite bedroom with a mosaic-tiled shower in bronze and gold tones.

Our stay was much better than a hotel. The apartment had plenty of space and every comfort, plus a business corner with a laptop. I was there with my family and recommend it. It’s in a typical historic building that’s been completely restored, with two bright, elegant double bedrooms, air conditioning, and superfast wifi. Piazza San Marco and the Venice Biennale are both just a stone’s throw away. The owner was ready to answer questions and suggest local places to visit and have dinner.
