Appartamenti Villa Giulia

The team were friendly and quick to help, and the rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. It's close enough to town for everything you need, but far enough out to be quiet. Great place to stay in Bellagio.

We stayed in June and were comfortable even without air conditioning. The stone walls kept the apartment cool, and there were fans too. The host was helpful, everything was super clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The views from apartment 3 are beautiful!

Andrea was really helpful, and the apartments were clean and tidy. The supermarket is very close if you need to pick up essentials. The only downside for us was the traffic noise from the road.

I had a poor experience with communication from the hosts. I told them when I would arrive, but still had to wait for them. They hadn't told me where to park in advance, so I had to work that out myself while waiting. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, they never fixed it, and there was no air conditioning. To respond to their reply: I emailed the night before with my arrival time, sent another email two hours before getting there to confirm it, and sent one more 20 minutes before. Are you really blaming me for your lack of responsibility and making things up? The account of what happened with the internet isn't true either. I emailed and sent a WhatsApp message, and was only told they'd look into it. Nobody said they were coming to the apartment, told me to unplug anything, or explained where the router was. The message I got just said they'd tried but didn't know what had happened. Maybe you're mixing me up with someone else, because none of those things you described happened.
