Il Perlo Panorama

The scenery was stunning, and the chef’s food was some of the best we had on the whole trip, including one of the best desserts we’ve ever tasted. We also loved the hotel shuttle, which took us between the ferry and the hotel at no extra cost. We could message them on WhatsApp for a pickup or arrange times ahead of time, making it easy to get around. Madi made our arrival especially fun and took such good care of us. The staff were amazing. The chef also offers a cooking class that books up quickly, so reserve early if you want a private class. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

Our room didn’t have a lake view, but it was clean and comfortable, and I’d return in a heartbeat. The included breakfast was delicious, with pastries, coffee, juice, yogurt, and cooked options. We ate dinner at the hotel on our first night because the weather kept us from going farther, and it turned out to be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The view from the terrace is the best I’ve seen. Hills sweep around the water beneath a blue sky, and stepping out there feels like walking into a postcard. The staff are just as memorable, from the warm check-in greeting to the waiting team. They seem to anticipate what you need and make everything feel friendly and personal. I’ve already recommended the hotel to others.

The hotel team made our stay unforgettable. Sandra in the restaurant was kind and worked hard, while Maximo greeted us each morning with a warm smile. Maddy was also lovely and the hotel’s transport to Bellagio was a great help. The general manager and her daughter Alex were very sweet too. Our family of four had a fully renovated suite that felt just right, with wonderful views and excellent quality food. The service was exceptional. The whole place felt like heaven, and we’ll never forget our time on beautiful Lake Como.

He was kind, attentive, and very helpful, and made the whole visit even better. The room’s panorama was breathtaking, one of the most stunning views we’ve seen, and waking up to it was unforgettable. We also enjoyed every meal at the restaurant, which felt carefully prepared. The complimentary breakfast had a great range and good quality. The shuttle into downtown made exploring easy, and we’d love to come back.
