The view from the hotel balcony is incredible, so don’t miss it. My wife and I loved the warm, family atmosphere. It feels like staying with an Italian aunt, and the people there are hosts more than hoteliers. The food was great and drinks were very well priced. My room was a bit dated, though it was very clean. I’d return without a second thought.

We arrived quite late without a reservation, and the staff were really nice about it. They offered parking too. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but the service and kindness were good, and the view is just amazing. Breakfast was good, served in a space with an enclosed section and an open terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. I only realized later that there was also a pool and a garden in a lovely open area. I definitely recommend it.

The pool area was a real highlight, with a bar and a view over the mountains, and the hotel’s setting was breathtaking. It felt like a luxury resort for the scenery, but with the comfortable closeness of visiting family. Our balcony looked straight out over Lake Como, and waking up to that view each day was a dream. The room was spacious, well equipped, and made the most of the surroundings. Flora and Flavio welcomed us with such generosity and kindness, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They tailored breakfast, lunch, and dinner to what we asked for, even checking what we’d like for dinner and cooking the dishes we chose. The food showed off Italian cuisine beautifully. It was easy to explore nearby too. We visited Bellagio and charming chapels, and hiked in the mountains to a breathtaking 360° panorama of Lake Como. For us, this was a perfect 10 out of 10 retreat. Flora and Flavio’s hospitality, the comfortable accommodations, the meals, and the views made it unforgettable, and we hope to return.

Flora and her team made the stay even better with their good service and the pleasant atmosphere. The view is the real highlight, easily worth the price, and everything else feels like a bonus. One of the best places I stayed in Italy.
