Everything was perfect, from the cozy room to the very kind staff. An excellent property.

Alessandro, the manager, was exceptional. He answered all our questions, helped with any need, and shared useful tips about restaurants, piadina shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. He even saved a parking spot for us, which is rare. Casa Luciano is centrally located, just minutes from the beach and Viale dei Platani. This was our first time in Bellaria and our first apartment stay, as we usually choose hotels. The owner made us feel at ease right away and explained how everything worked. On arrival, it was all as described. The apartment mixes vintage and modern furnishings, and you can see the care and love put into it. It has two big terraces, a separate kitchen, a living room, and two spacious, cool bedrooms. There’s air conditioning too, though we didn’t use it. We highly recommend Casa Luciano for a pleasant stay.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The place was spacious and clean, though the furnishings felt dated.
