A nice place for kids.

Liked it.
The third room, above the restaurant, was fairly acceptable after they fixed the air conditioning that had been dripping over the bed. The first one was above the laundry, with no curtains and a gap under the door that let in light and everything else. The second, above reception, had a generator running 6-8 hours a day. We ended up changing rooms three times, which wasn’t the relaxing week described on the website. The advertising was misleading. Some people also slammed doors and shouted at all hours as if nobody else were there. It was really disrespectful.
The only things I liked were the pool and the staff’s kindness. The food was poor, and service was rushed, so dishes came out undercooked or sometimes overcooked. In one of the two buildings, rooms are for five people. I can’t say what they’re like in the other building. There’s no TV in the room, the outlets are awkward to reach, and the bathroom has just a showerhead and drain, no shower stall. Neither building has balconies.
We wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff were rude and couldn’t answer our questions. The music in the dining room was so loud it was really disturbing, and the buffet never changed. The food wasn’t very good and was far too salty. Our ground-floor room was tiny, dirty, and had cobwebs on the ceiling. There was nowhere to put wet things. The bathroom was cramped, and with no shower curtain or tray, it flooded when we showered. The water was very dirty and smelled of iron and blood, so we had to wash with bottled water. The door was so old it made you want to stay inside. People watched us through the window, and we couldn’t shower in peace.
