Roberto was such a nice, polite host. He gave us a map and explained how to reach the main sights and find good restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and fairly large even for families, with comfortable beds, clean bedding and towels, plus courtesy coffee and fresh water. We stayed on the fourth floor, which has just a few rooms. The location is handy for Termini, metro Vittorio Emanuele and Santa Maria Magiore, and the Colosseum is a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel shares a building with other places, so check the street number and door signs carefully. Termini can feel a bit tricky for tourist safety, but the hotel's location is fine, just stay aware.

The room was comfortable and had a lovely view, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location made it easy to get to lots of tourist spots, and being near the terminal station was handy for the airport. I was very satisfied.

There isn't a reception, so you'll need to follow instructions to pick up your room key. The person responsible for the room was very polite and willing to help whenever needed. The hotel is affordable compared with others, and its location near santa maria magiore is excellent.

I can't say enough about how kind and caring the manager was when I had a medical episode during a solo trip. They arranged for doctors to come to my hotel room, went with me to the hospital, picked up my prescriptions and food, and checked on me several times while I recovered. The hospitality was unbeatable. The location and accommodation were clean, comfortable, and just right. I'd highly recommend this place over a larger chain hotel or airbnb.

Laundry is right across the road, and there's a key metro stop right nearby, with pretty much everything reachable within 5 minutes. The manager and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, and kept the place in good shape. For check-in, the manager gave us great service, a map, and useful routes, food spots, and local insights that made the stay better. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Rome.
