The staff were very friendly, and many spoke several languages. There are free bikes for exploring the flat surroundings, plus a water dispenser near reception where you can refill a bottle with still or sparkling water and avoid waste. Parking spaces are available for €5 per day. The hotel seems to host tour groups often. We visited for three nights in September 2025. The hotel appears to have at least three separate buildings, and only the main one faces the beach directly and has a great view. Our room was spacious and generally well maintained, though not new. The air conditioning worked even while we were out. Everything was very clean and the cleaning team looked after the facilities beautifully, but our bathroom smelled noticeably of stagnant water in the morning. It seemed like some rooms may have a sewage issue. I hope they address it, as we'd like to return. Food quality varied. Breakfast was fairly basic, while lunch and dinner were generally good, with meat, fish, poultry, and vegetarian choices each day. The antipasti were fantastic every time, often quite elaborate. Compliments to the chef. Our best dinner was during the local-specialties “Romagnola evening.” The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. Even around reception, my downloads were often only 220 kB/s.
