Hotel Tirsus

I’m elderly, on my own, and not in good health. I wrote to the hotel with information about what I would need for my stay and asked several questions, but they ignored all of it. The reply I got felt disrespectful and showed no empathy or customer service. They sent a list of things I didn’t need: air conditioning throughout the hotel; an all-inclusive stay with beach service; beach entertainment and a Mini-Club; evening children’s activities with baby dance and creative workshops; a terrace-solarium with comfortable loungers; a garden play area; bicycles with child seats; tennis courts in the "Gelso" park; and discounted tickets to the Riviera theme parks. None of that suited me. Could this be an excuse for hoteliers to raise the price of a stay?

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and worked well for us with a little girl. Whenever anything came up, the staff were professional, kind, and ready to help. I also really appreciated the care with food intolerances. I’m celiac, and they prepared gluten-free meals with care, always safe and tasty. There was a vegetarian option for both first and second courses every day, which I was glad to have. The food was fantastic overall, full of flavor, well cooked, and made with quality ingredients. From the start, everyone was helpful and welcoming. We had a truly wonderful time and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere that makes you feel at home and pays attention to everyone’s needs.

For our trip to the Rimini Fair, we stayed in Bellaria at this clean, welcoming hotel. The family-run feel and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

The owners, Monica, Walter, and their children, were so hospitable and made us feel at home. They really pampered us. The food was fresh, varied, and plentiful, and the common areas were spacious, well equipped, and clean. Our room was modern and comfortable, with simple furnishings and spotless throughout, though it was perhaps a little small with a child. The bathroom was a decent size with a large shower, and they changed the bath linens daily. Special thanks to Amin, who was so kind to our little girl and looked after her wonderfully. He’s an excellent bartender too! The entertainment staff kept her engaged without being intrusive. The hotel is lovely, renovated, and very clean. Highly recommended for families. Thank you, Martina, Omar, and Anna.
