We're staying at st mortiz now, in 529, and the Lakeview balcony has been a must for us. The place has gone beyond what we expected. Staff have been so warm and accommodating, and they thought of all the little details. Scaffolding going up meant we couldn't use the spa garden, which was disappointing, but they made a rooftop spa available instead. It's very picturesque and such a thoughtful solution. 5/5.

The reception was very courteous, the room was good, and breakfast was good too. We couldn't get the air conditioning working properly, though the temperature was fine with the window open. The €5 parking fee felt unnecessary.

A great price for a hotel with clean rooms, a big shower, and a nice pool. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. The location worked perfectly for us, between the seaside and the town center, with Bellaria, Igea, and all their delicious restaurants easy to reach.

For a 3 star hotel, the service is very good. You get a pool and can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner if you pay for the meals. Plenty of hotels with better ratings don't offer any of those things :)
