Villa Flores

We were there in early October, when the town was shut down for the season and felt completely dead. During the week, it felt like we were being nickeled and dimed. There was only one garbage bag, so we had to buy more. Really, those could just be included. As far as we could tell, we were the only guests, but they wanted 80 Euros for parking. When I said we could check out the next day, he seemed to realize it might be better to have someone staying than nobody, and waived the fee. The worst part was the hot water heater breaking. It wasn't fixed until noon, which ruined our sightseeing day, and nobody offered a refund or any compensation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. And Google, the booking.yeah receipt is attached in case you think I'm making up fake content or wasting my time.

Bellaria is a beautiful place, and this is a perfect spot, close to everything, with a good owner. I recommend it only to good people.

We spent the first ten days or so of September here with my family. It's an elegant, fairly new building, and the apartments are almost new and well kept. Ours had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two large balconies and a small one, plus air conditioning, a living room with kitchen, and the option to eat on the balcony. The amenities were decent, though a mini oven or toaster and a few more pots and pans would help. I should've asked Marco, he's always ready to help! Bikes can be rented through an app, like the ones around the city. The bedrooms face a road with quite a bit of traffic and people even at night, which bothered me, though maybe that's just because I'm used to sleeping without traffic. There's a small gym, a good supermarket nearby, and the price includes an umbrella and two loungers at a beautiful beach club. The paid underground parking was very useful. All in all, a great place and an excellent choice. Recommended!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, meticulously maintained and impeccably clean, so we felt right at home. The owner welcomed us warmly and professionally, and was attentive and available throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being able to explore the area by bike. The mix of comfort, relaxation and professionalism made the experience special and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the residence and hope to return soon.
