The owner speaks English very fluently, and the service was superb. It felt like home. This Etna B&B is the best place we've seen in Sicily, with very large rooms, each with an ensuite, and free Wi-Fi.

The place has a lot of potential and sits in a very good spot for Etnaland Park, but some issues make the price harder to justify. The bathroom has no key, and its window, if there is one, is jammed and won't open. They don't take card payments, even though cards are the most common way to pay in 2025. Breakfast wasn't included, and they only made that clear when we arrived and asked about the time. They don't have an arrangement with any cafes either, so a bar visit is an extra cost on top of a B&B stay, where you'd expect to sleep and have breakfast. The property needs more attention.

Right in the town center, with parking too. It's a B&B with nicely kept old furnishings, and I'd stay here again.

The owners were warm and friendly, and we had a great stay. The rooms are huge, the sheets very clean, and the bathrooms spotless. They'd even left shampoo and shower gel. If we come back to Etna, we'll definitely stay here again.

The only letdown was the rather weak breakfast. Otherwise, everything was above average. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms spacious. There's Wi-Fi and air conditioning as stated in the property description, and the Etnaland water park is very close.
