The owners clearly care about the quality of the place and how guests feel. Everything was spotless, modern, and equipped with what we needed, including air conditioning. It was peaceful and relaxing. From the first welcome, the property felt special, luxurious, and carefully maintained. Choosing it for my Bergamo visit was a perfect decision, and I'll definitely return.

We were there January 2-4, and the Christmas markets were still open, which was a bonus. We loved Citta Alta, the upper town, and it's definitely a must. The hotel is right across from the train station, about 50 minutes from Milan, and close to restaurants, bars, and shops. For my daughter's 18th, we had a wonderful trip: modern hotel, lovely art, fantastic clean rooms, and really friendly, helpful staff. We'll be back.

We only stayed one night this time, but we'll definitely return. The staff were so helpful about storing our luggage before and after the stay, and breakfast was nice. Our junior suite had a full kitchen and washing machine, much better equipped than most Airbnb's we've tried. The rooms and service were lovely, and it's near the railway with everything else walkable.

The room had everything I needed, and being so close to the train station was a real plus. The hotel feels stylish, modern, and cozy, with excellent service from staff who were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help. I had a great stay and honestly can't think of a downside.
