Andrea was very helpful and made sure we had no problems during our stay. There were four of us, two adults and two kids, and our room was spacious and clean, with a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was self service, with a mix of sweet and savory choices, and Andrea was there if we needed any help. The place is in a great location, and we walked everywhere during our three days in Bergamo.

The location is central without being too noisy, with lots of restaurants nearby. The route up to Bergamo Alta starts close by, and there's a Carrefour supermarket about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast is Italian style, with coffee, cappuccino, sweet pastries, yogurt, and so on. There's also a fully equipped kitchen if you'd rather prepare something yourself. Our room was clean and comfortable, the heating worked well, and we had a pleasant stay.

The bedroom was roomy, but we got a rather cool welcome when we arrived. Parking at Piazza Libertas is a few minutes away and quite inconvenient. Breakfast was make-your-own and okay. It would help to have instructions for the coffee machine and the room safe. Driving into central Bergamo is maddeningly difficult because of the narrow squeeze by the railway bridge, which needs widening!

The owner helped me through all sorts of challenges, even getting my boxed bike to the airport. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, and the rooms are great, with good air conditioning right in the center of town. Totally recommended!

Breakfast was good, and the rooms had a high standard for a hostel. The staff were very kind. It’s also well placed for Bergamo’s old town, the funicular, and the train station.
