We arrived to a nice warm room, but by around 18h00 the heating had stopped and we were cold all night. In the morning, the owner seemed surprised and didn't want to believe us. In summer I'd probably describe the room as old but clean.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, and remote check-in was quick and convenient. This is the best area to stay in Bergamo, with great quality for the price, and the cheapest price in the city. Thanks!

For an uncomplicated night with little human interaction, this place is okay, but it isn't a bed and breakfast or a 3-star hotel. The room was basic and not very cosy, especially the bathroom, and didn't feel worth the price. We had asked for a double bed months ahead, but were given a room with four single beds. The so-called breakfast at a nearby cafe was just one croissant and a coffee.

The room was okay, but had just one pillow, and it was flat and hard. The accommodation is in a strange area, and I didn't think it was good value. Nobody greeted us or shared any information about the area or places to eat. There was no milk for tea, and only green tea, so I went without. You could buy bottled water from him, but I think leaving guests a bottle on arrival would have been a nice gesture.
