B&B Santa Lucia

We only stayed one night, but have no complaints about the property or service. The room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable, parking had been reserved as requested when we booked, and breakfast was good. A later check-out option would've been nice, though I understand early check-outs are standard in Italy because of cleaning shifts and such. A lovely place and host, well located by the old town. I'll remember it for next time.

The recently finished room on the top floor was both beautiful and practical. It was easy to bring our luggage, and ourselves, up to the third floor thanks to the building's elevator. I also appreciated that every socket worked with Italian and Euro plugs, a nice bit of attention to guests. Federica got in touch soon after we booked to help with practical details, then welcomed us in person when we arrived in Bergamo. We stayed three nights and loved her and the B&B. No wonder she's proud of what she's achieved.

Federica was a very polite host, and we really enjoyed staying at the B&B. The breakfast was simple and self-serve, in a small kitchen. We could leave our bags there before check-in and after check-out. The location sits between the shopping district and the old town.

The host was really friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
