Pineta Del Mare

We spent a week at B&B Pineta del Mare and got home yesterday. Sabrina and the whole staff were wonderful. The room and bathroom were spacious, welcoming and clean, with daily cleaning. Breakfast was superb, especially the homemade cakes. Highly recommended.

I’ve been returning for a few years because I know I can count on this place. The B&B rooms and apartments are lovely and have every comfort, and everything is very clean. Sabrina, her mother and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend it.

The location is a big plus: about 50 meters from the beach, beside Alba Adriatica’s shady, well-kept pine grove, and close to bakeries, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and plenty of other places to eat or pick up what you need. There’s also a daily fruit market. The beach package for the 2024 season included an umbrella and two loungers at a resort around 150 meters away, with plenty of space between umbrellas. Alba Adriatica is peaceful but lively, with a lovely seafront bike and walking path. It isn’t a fashionable town, and the tourist tax was only €0.50 per person per day. The public spaces were clean and well cared for, and we saw frequent police stops. Our stay itself was just as comfortable. The room was bright, spacious and well furnished, with a windowed bathroom and a comfortable shower. There’s a fridge, television and air conditioning, plus a hairdryer, soap and towels changed daily. A large balcony has a drying rack, table and chairs. The B&B is on the first floor, reached by elevator, and there’s a parking space for each room inside the building, with cameras. Everything was well maintained and spotless, thanks in part to the excellent housekeeper. Annamaria prepares breakfast in the kitchen, then you can eat on the outdoor terrace. There are packaged treats, fruit, yogurt, cereal and lots of cakes and biscuits she bakes fresh each day. Juices, coffee, tea and freshly made cappuccinos are available too, including soy cappuccino. Such a sweet breakfast, with something for everyone. Sabrina takes great care of her guests and made sure we had a calm, happy stay. A superb place in a beautiful seaside town. Highly recommended!

The people here made us feel looked after from the start. Annamaria, Armando, Sabrina, Anna and Loredana were so generous and welcoming, and we’re grateful to them for a wonderful holiday. The place is just a short walk from the sea, with bright rooms, daily cleaning, parking on site and care in all the details. Breakfast had plenty for everyone, including Annamaria Sinora’s homemade desserts baked each day. A little paradise, highly recommended.
