Staying here feels like a night in an Italian museum. It's a historic family home in the middle of old Bergamo (Citta Alta). Make time to talk with Marco, he's an interesting guy with plenty of stories. Highly recommend it!

The building and all its furnishings are fascinating in themselves. I kept noticing new things while eating breakfast, which was delicious and served in generous portions. The room and the rest of the place have incredible views, though getting up there means climbing a few flights of stairs. I spent one delightful night here. The location is perfect for exploring the best parts of Bergamo's old town, and Marco was a gracious host. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and quiet, aside from the city bells when they ring, which I don't think can be avoided. I'd highly recommend this B&B.

Views from this historic tower, and public parking is close by. The two-room sublet is basic, with a basic breakfast and a shared bathroom. It's not a hotel.
