Everything was tidy and the room was clean. The owner sent us a video explaining what we needed to know about the accommodation, which was really helpful. I liked our stay a lot and would happily come back.

Luca made our stay easy, even upgrading us to a bigger room so we had space for our luggage. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Service was excellent, and I’d gladly stay at BergHotel again and recommend it.

Luca at reception made a real impression with his friendly, outgoing manner and interesting recommendations for food and things to see in Bergamo. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is handy if you have a flight the next day, with easy access to the airport. He added a memorable touch to our stay.

We’ve stayed at Berghotel twice now and will come back again. Luca, the owner, was so kind and helpful, giving us useful directions and recommendations that made our visit more enjoyable. The rooms are well kept, and the place feels welcoming and cozy. Its location worked well for exploring the area, and the stay was better than we expected. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, friendly place.

Luke was so friendly and helped me after I booked. I got in very late, but his kind WhatsApp help meant I didn’t have to worry. The buffet breakfast was better than what I usually find in Italy, and I loved it.
