Cute & Cozy Rooms

The property wasn’t cute or cozy. The streets were full of broken glass, and people who appeared to be intoxicated were throwing beer bottles and fighting. Police were sitting in a van and didn’t seem to do much. Getting inside was difficult too. We had to call a number while in another country, then wait 15 minutes without being greeted by the owner, which left my family and me feeling vulnerable and unsafe. Once in, we found ants all over the floor. When I showed the owner evidence, they were dismissive, as though we had caused the problem. There was a severe ant infestation coming from the walls and windows, and we could hear people shouting and screaming through the night. The owner was rude and offered no help. Avoid this property at all costs. It shouldn’t be listed as accommodation.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the owner was super nice. The hostel is in a very good location. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Bergamo. Thanks for everything!

The apartment was good and centrally located, though the location was very noisy. The owner didn’t send any information in advance about how to reach the apartment.
