Our flight was denied by the airline, but the hotel still refunded us even after we'd checked in. The owner was very nice. I recommend staying here.

It was inexpensive and matched the photos. The location is convenient for the airport but far from everything else. Fine if you're only sleeping there and plan to spend the day exploring the city.

The rooms were good quality for the price, and being near the airport worked well since we had an early flight. But planes were so close that it was hard to sleep before 11 pm. If you’re just after a cheap place, somewhere nearer the city center might be a better choice.

The room was clean and had its own bathroom, though the windows were hard to open. The biggest hassle was getting there. We arrived in Bergamo at 11 pm with no Uber or cab available, so we took bus 1 toward the airport. The driver went to the airport first, then kindly dropped us back at a stop near the accommodation. We still had to walk 900 m with our luggage along empty, unsettling streets. If you book here, arriving earlier could help you avoid that situation.

The room was nice and the location was good, about 40 minutes from the airport. But the towels smelled bad and were so worn out they couldn't be used. There were also problems with clean towels and cutlery. I wouldn't suggest staying longer than one day.
