Check-in was seamless, and it's a good place to stay on vacation. The bus from the airport is about a 10-minute walk away.

The check-in and check-out were complicated, and it was noisy. There was no terrace, minibar, buffet breakfast, help desk, or reception, despite the advertising. They present it as a luxury hotel, but to me it wasn't even an average hostel. Really bad. You can find a better apartment in Bergamo for less.

Chiara was friendly and very helpful, and let us check in early. Her communication made self check-in easy. The building is in lower Bergamo, so it's easy to reach by bus or taxi and convenient for getting to Citta Alta. We loved the beautiful, comfortable rooms and would definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night, but I'm so glad we booked it. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and checking in and out was very easy. It's a great spot, about a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to the bus station. Definitely recommend, and thank you.

Claudia was really helpful at both check-in and check-out, and breakfast was good. IndispArte Suites is a short walk from the train station and easy enough to find. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for one night, so the accommodation met our expectations. The street gets heavy traffic in the morning, which made quite a bit of noise when we had the window open. Also, the location is a little away from the busier streets, and some people might feel uncomfortable walking there after dark.
