La Casetta Apartment

The apartment was cozy and perfectly clean, and the host was more than helpful. Communication was amazing too. We were so satisfied with our choice and had the best place to stay in Bergamo. Thank you!

Getting around from Casetta was easy: the bus to the airport, the train station for trips to Milan, Como, and other nice places, plus plenty of restaurants and cafes, were all about an eight-minute walk away. We spent three days there, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed, including kitchen equipment, a fridge, and an iron. The owner was especially helpful, and communication was really good. I'd happily stay there again.

I hate to leave an unpleasant review, but this was my experience. The host wasn't very kind or punctual, and didn't seem attentive to guests' needs. The cleaning was only basic, and the place was missing simple things like a corkscrew, kitchen basics such as oil, salt, and vinegar, and even a tea bag. I wasn't on vacation, otherwise I would've left straight away. I was also charged cash for parking without getting a receipt. I really can't recommend it.

We were really happy with our choice. The place was cozy and spotless, and the host was more than helpful. A great place to stay in Bergamo. Thank you!
