The staff were warm and treated us well, but the room felt cramped with two kids, and I expected more space from a four-star hotel. Breakfast was expensive for the limited choice. On my first night, something went wrong, and I found how they handled it appalling. They offered only an apology, no compensation, which left me very unhappy. If I return to Bergamo, I won't stay here again. It also makes me wonder what a five-star hotel would be like.

We came from Portugal and booked this hotel in Bergamo. The room had an older look, but we liked it and found it very nice. The cold air conditioning wouldn't work; staff said it was winter and only the heating was available. Breakfast was very good, though the restaurant menu was small and offered fewer choices than we expected in Italy. We tried the Perosa burguer and enjoyed it. At checkout, which was at 12am, a woman came by at 10:30am to ask if we were leaving so she could clean, despite our “not disturb” sign. Still, it's a very good hotel.

We were happy with our one-night stay. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, lamps, a paid minibar, TV, and a big mirror. The bathroom came with towels, shower products, and a hairdryer. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and let us check in at 10:30 am. The lobby looked beautiful, with plenty of city and bus leaflets at the desk. We skipped breakfast because we had to leave early. Being near the airport means there can be noise, and a bus stop for both the new and old town is close by.

The internet was so slow that video calls and streaming weren't realistic. The shower room was also far too cramped for anyone, even a short Asian person.
