The staff were helpful, and the modern rooms were comfortable. It’s in a great location, and we’d gladly come back.
Everything is handled virtually, so there’s no one there in person and I can’t really comment on the service. Still, things worked well. The room was clean and practical, the location was good, and communication with the host was perfect even though I never saw him.
Right in central Bergamo Alta, the main sights are easy to reach on foot. The new room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and room have quality furnishings and materials, and it didn’t feel like they’d skimped.
Restaurants are right nearby, and the room is in the old town. It was lovely, with a modern bathroom and a really comfortable bed.
