We stayed for a week, and it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable that I slept at most a couple of hours a night. We bought a bed topper from Amazon to try to improve things. I told the owner, but he didn’t even offer to cover the cost. The Wi-Fi was very, very, veeeery slow. I told the host, but nothing was done to fix it. The shower had no hook for the shower head, so every time we used it the whole bathroom floor got wet. The "kitchen" was a joke. We told the owner four days before leaving that we were going. He didn’t even ask why or offer to refund the difference.

The hosts were great and helped us find the apartment and settle in comfortably. It’s fully furnished and in a peaceful part of Bergamo, still close to the city center. I’d recommend it!

The apartment was lovely and in a quiet area. We stayed in May 2021, and the host spoke English really well, which is rare in Italy.

It had everything we needed, apart from a washing machine.
