Terrazze Fiorite

I passed by in the evening and saw everything lit up beautifully.

The apartment is generally nice and has what you need. It's near a shop and not far from the center of the lower town. The check-in window is short, with a latest time of 9 PM. Also, Booking showed the app price as including taxes and extra fees, but we were asked for another €25 in cash when we arrived. Booking confirmed after I contacted them that this should have been covered by the online payment, but I never got the €25 back.

It's a beautiful park, but it needs repairs and regular monitoring. Since it's open, with no guard, there are drunk people at night who break things, and people leave rubbish after drinking on weekends. Many dog owners also leave mess in the enclosures and outside. I have a dog and always clean up, but I often step in what others have left, which is unpleasant. Those who don't clean up should be fined. The gates, fountains, and potholes also need attention.

We were very happy with our stay at Terrazze Fiorite. Mrs. Ramona was a very pleasant owner, and the apartment was perfectly equipped and kept spotlessly clean, with refreshments included. It was unexpectedly peaceful in the evenings and at night, even with the terrace doors open. We enjoyed breakfast outside and sitting on the terrace in the evening. The center of Citta Bassa (New Town) was close, about 12 minutes on foot or three minutes by bus no. 8.
