6/10
The mountains and swimming pool make for an awesome setting, and even in hot July the temperature was comfortable without air conditioning. But the kitchen is very old and rusty, with no washing-up liquid, towel, or tools, and there’s no dishwasher. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or towel for drying hands either. The walls are paper thin, so you hear every flush from your companions and the neighbours.

The kids loved the playground and all the greenery. The apartments are fully equipped and budget friendly, with a family-oriented feel. There’s a market within walking distance, and the nature and scenery are unbelievable.

The apartment was freezing and basic, with lots of fungus in the bathroom, which felt like a health risk. Thankfully, the agency we booked through helped quickly, and we were able to switch to a much better apartment without any trouble.
