From the balcony there's a lovely sea view, and the apartment has air conditioning, TV and internet. But the kitchen is tiny, half the equipment is missing or broken, and we had to buy basic utensils ourselves. There are cables sticking out of the walls, not enough blankets for the beds, and the shower seal leaks so the bathroom floods every time. With proper care and maintenance it could be a nice place, but at the moment it feels neglected and uncomfortable.

The location is good and the furniture isn't very old. Parking spaces are quite small, so a long car could be tricky. The air conditioning is weak and only cools a tiny area.
