The apartment itself was okay, but dealing with the agency was awful. The bed setup they described was wrong, which made it hard to use the linens, and there weren't enough dishes or chairs for the number of beds. At check-in they offered extras like air conditioning and beach service, but didn't give us the Wi-Fi modem that was included in the price. After several reminders, we went to the agency and got one. It didn't work, and neither did its replacement. We returned it without getting a proper apology, then had to use roaming for calls and internet during the vacation, which cost us extra. We also weren't told that the electrical system couldn't handle the dishwasher and washing machine running together. One night we needed help finding the electrical panel, but there was no emergency number to call.
