Torcello Appartements

The apartments were nicely furnished and had what we needed for a holiday. Everything was very clean, and the beach is close. It was perfect for us.

The apartment has a huge balcony/loggia, and ours had a shower, toilet, and bidet. There was also a bonus upright washing machine on the second small balcony in apartment 9. Parking spaces are numbered, both underneath and beside the building. There’s plenty of room below, but tall cars won’t fit, so keep that in mind. Space 9 is on the street and can take a long vehicle. The kitchen has dishes and utensils, pots and pans, plus a geyser-style coffee maker. A bucket, basin, and usually a floor brush are there too. There’s a trash bin outside, and a gas grill, though I never saw anyone use it. No dish soap or laundry detergent is provided, though it’d be nice if the agency supplied them. We rented through the "Lampo" agency, just across the street from the building. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM, usually on Saturdays. The apartments have gas and one air conditioner in the kitchen, which is enough for everyone.

It’s a quiet location, and the small apartments have basic kitchen equipment. I think they could do with some renovation.

The location is excellent, only 200 meters from the beach. There’s a fairly large terrace, and it does have a microwave and air conditioning, which are essential these days. The apartment itself is very old and small. In the bathroom, you can only sit on the toilet sideways because the shower stall blocks your knees. The piezoelectric stove doesn’t work, the colander is broken, and everything is old and seems to be standing upright for some reason.
