It's a lovely, big apartment, though the air conditioning didn't really do anything. The rooms vary a lot: the cellar rooms are horrible, but room 25 is good.

The fridge didn’t work, and there was no iron or hair dryer. The place wasn’t suitable for four people, either. On top of that, the sheets and pillows were dirty, and the service wasn’t friendly. Please don’t stay here.

Modern-looking apartments in a nice spot. You can get to the city center easily on foot.

I spent more than a month here and really enjoyed my stay. It’s in a peaceful area, only a few minutes by car from the city center. The staff were attentive and very friendly, always ready to help with what guests needed.

The spa has a relaxation space with herbal tea and almonds or biscuits, along with a sauna, chrome shower, Turkish bath, and whirlpool. I went with friends and had a great time. It’s a small place, which I liked because it felt more intimate. It’s in a quiet part of Biella, and you’ll find reserved parking when you arrive. The changing room has lockers, showers, and a bathroom, and bathrobes, towels, and slippers are provided. You need to book ahead since spots are hard to get.
