My House Holiday Apartment

We couldn't cook for a day because the gas smelled strongly and the bottle was nearly empty. The TV didn't work properly, and a late check-out costs a lot. We also couldn't leave a review on airbnb because the owner wouldn't allow it. The apartment itself was in terrible shape and needed a lot of repairs and cleaning. The furniture, bathroom, sofa and microwave all seemed to need attention. By far the worst apartment I've stayed in.

The owners were so welcoming and helpful, with useful tips about Palermo and ideas for places to see and eat. They made me feel at home, which I really value when I travel. I also found the rental clean and well kept, with stylish modern decor and thoughtful details throughout. The location in the city center made getting around easy. The Cathedral, Quattro Canti and Teatro Massimo were only steps away, with restaurants, cafes and shops close by too. Inside, the rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the linens fresh. The kitchen had the appliances and utensils I needed to cook, and the modern bathroom came with a roomy shower and soft towels. It was a lovely stay, and I'd happily return.

Just steps from the center of Palermo, this apartment is in a great spot. The owner is very helpful, and there are thoughtful, creative touches throughout. I'd gladly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, and they waited for us when our flight was delayed. The apartment is clean and well placed for seeing Palermo. Recommended for families, and we'll definitely come back.
