The place was filthy and poorly kept, with dust, torn screens, and mosquitoes everywhere. Worst of all, it was infested with bed bugs. I ended up seeing a doctor because of all the bites. I can't understand how this happened, or why booking sites keep advertising the place when they know about it. Beware!

Being right by the sea and beach was a real plus. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were always polite and ready to help, and on our fifth day they surprised us with a bottle of really good wine. A very nice touch. The rooms are beautiful, too.

The building has a beautiful old-style look, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Getting around was easy, with metro and buses nearby that can take you everywhere. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms were beautifully put together and very clean, and I absolutely loved staying here. The caretaker was understanding and really helpful. It's a little hard to find, and breakfast isn't properly provided, though they leave coffee and rusks in the shared area to make up for it. Mergellina is the nearest metro station. I'd book here again if I return to Naples.

The room was spacious, the bed so comfortable, and the view amazing. Everything was beautiful and clean, and the service was good. I felt like a princess. Thank you, Patrizia!
