La Dimora di Ermes

Marianna did everything she could to make me feel at home, and the property was clean and very well kept. My room was welcoming, and there was a lovely shared terrace that would have been great to use, though it rained during my stay. La Dimora di Hermes is well placed between the station, about a 7-minute walk, and the historic center, roughly the same distance. I came to Bisceglie at the last minute for a literary event and needed to find a B&B quickly. I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but I know where I’ll stay. There’s also an excellent pizzeria right by the main entrance, worth a visit, though I’ll review it separately.

The terrace was a lovely place to eat, sunbathe, or relax on the swing under the stars, and the B&B itself felt like a real gem. Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and everything was impeccably clean. The owners welcomed us warmly and paid close attention to what we needed. Marianna and her husband took care of everything from arrival through checkout. The place is in a quiet part of the city center, close to the main sights, and had everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday. We can warmly recommend B&B La dimora di Ermes for a memorable stay in a welcoming, thoughtfully kept place. We can’t wait to return.

The room and bathroom were both very comfortable, and the owners were friendly. The property has been renovated with good taste, and the terrace was a nice spot to relax or have takeaway dinner. Its location puts the center, port, and beaches very close by, with the train station nearby too if you’re heading to Bari or Trani. Highly recommended.

We spent a week here and found it clean, welcoming, and peaceful, just the sort of place I’d recommend for a relaxing holiday. It’s in central Bisceglie, within walking distance of the sea, bars, and several bakeries. The owners were very friendly, ready to answer questions, and attentive to the details.
