The landlady was excellent at communicating and replied quickly. I stayed four nights, and the room was comfortably furnished, with a very spacious bathroom, a balcony, and air conditioning. It's close to the center but still quiet. I'd gladly come back. Grazie mille!

Clean rooms, really comfortable beds, and clean, well-stocked bathrooms with air conditioning. The B&B is lovely and very central, with everything within a few kilometers and easy to reach on foot. We didn't spend much time in the room, but self check-in and check-out were a big help. Leaving the keys at the door was hassle-free. I didn't get to meet Sig.ra Lella, unfortunately, but from our messages she seems very down to earth. Everyone was super kind, even the people in the neighboring room. We'll definitely come back. We only stayed one night, but the place made it easy to visit Bologna's city center. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and had all the amenities, except the TV was honestly a bit too small.

The only real hassle was parking. The nearby lots were full, and the private lot close by was also full and had restricted opening hours, so we left the car on the street about a 10-minute walk away. Aside from that, the owners were kind and helpful, and we slept very well. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in the center of Bologna. It was spacious, very clean, and well furnished, with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen was delicious and had a variety of amenities. When we booked, they sent detailed directions and tips about nearby places to eat. We stayed at this B&B on February 15, 2025, and found the owners truly helpful and kind.
