The bus stop is right outside, and a ride into the city center takes just a short trip and costs 1 euro. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed for a break. We also enjoyed breakfast at the cafe. The host was professional, friendly, and helpful. We've already recommended the flat to friends, who had the same experience. Thanks again, we'll be back.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent. The apartment was clean, with both the air conditioning and heating working. It's easy to get to the city center and other attractions, and there's a grocery store, restaurants, and a pizzeria nearby. Highly recommended!

The cafe downstairs served a delicious breakfast, and the owner was available if we needed anything. We stayed for a weekend in Bologna a few weeks ago. Getting into the city center was easy by public transport, with a bus stop right on the street in front of the building. Both the room and bathroom were really clean, and the room had a coffee and tea maker. Great value for money, highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time and would gladly return. The area around the B&B was so quiet that we slept well, and the center of Bologna was only a ten-minute walk away. The married couple who run the place were kind, welcoming, and discreet. Our room and private bathroom were clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, a microwave, an espresso machine, and even a safe. Those extras aren't always a given in a B&B. The owners also lend out bicycles for free. Highly recommend it.

The owners were very friendly, and everything was hygienic and clean. It's a great spot for going to the stadium. If I'm back in Bologna, I'll stay here again.
