The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The problem came when our flight was delayed and I tried to move check-in to the next day. Management said they couldn't change the dates because I'd booked through Expedia, while Expedia told me only the hotel could make the change, so each side blamed the other. I told them in advance but didn't get a refund. I paid for two nights but stayed just one, which was disappointing. Aside from that, the staff were very nice and helpful, and it's a decent hotel for a one-night stay.

We had a lovely stay in this unpretentious little hotel, which isn't luxurious. There was a pleasant garden with tables where we could eat panini bought from the many nearby cafes and bars. Our quiet first-floor room had no lift access, comfortable beds, and a nice ensuite bathroom. The shower head was leaking and nearly falling off, but the pleasant, helpful staff sorted it with a new one as soon as we mentioned it, though they speak little English. Before we booked, they handled the reservation efficiently and answered all my questions. There's no breakfast, but the location makes up for it: it's very central, within 10 minutes of the due torri and the center of Bologna, with attractions nearby. They also booked our taxi back to the airport. A vending machine for hot drinks and snacks would be a big help.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, with affordable prices and wonderful food, and every attraction is within walking distance. A great spot in central Bologna, inside the old town walls. Totally recommended!

It's a small, simple hotel with clean rooms, right in the old town. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.
