We usually visit Bologna once or twice a year, and after trying several hotels here, this has been our best experience. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast came with our stay and was excellent, with options for different food allergies. The price was remarkably reasonable compared with other hotels we considered. Art Hotel Orologio is right in the heart of Piazza Maggiore, an ideal base for seeing the sights. We'll be back, and I'd urge anyone passing through Bologna to consider staying here.

The staff made a real difference during our stay. When we asked whether we could add another night, they immediately tried to find a good option for us. Everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. Art Hotel Orologio is an intimate, elegant boutique hotel in the historic center, just steps from Piazza Maggiore. It's beautifully maintained and has a warm, personal feel that made it more pleasant than a larger, impersonal hotel. Highly recommended if you want comfort and genuine hospitality in the heart of Bologna.

We found the rooms clean and modern, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is lovely and right in central Bologna. Breakfast was included and has been one of the best we've had so far in Italy.

The room was very clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. I came with my mom for a business meeting and mentioned that I was pregnant and needed a bright, airy room. They upgraded us to a suite and sent balloons to congratulate us, along with a balsamic vinegar gift and a fruit plate. Such thoughtful, caring service made us feel special. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bologna. Thank you so much!

We felt well looked after from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like quality linens and complimentary amenities. Staff were warm, professional and always ready to help. Breakfast had lots of fresh choices and tasted great. The location was peaceful at night while still close to the main attractions. We can't wait to return, and highly recommend it.
