The house was very clean, and we appreciated having both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Mr. Paolo was kind and helpful, and prepared the breakfasts we asked for. The location is excellent, just steps from the “De André” tram stop, with Santa Maria Novella only a 15-minute ride into the city.

Paulo was a fantastic host. He doesn’t live at the apartment, so he leaves breakfast in the fridge, and it was a proper spread with everything from eggs to cheese. The apartment itself is beautiful, with secure parking inside the residence grounds. It’s 15 minutes by tram from central Florence, and the De Andri stop is a five-minute walk away.

There’s breakfast for the whole stay, with a good variety and quality products. The house is clean, welcoming, and has all the comforts. Shops and a supermarket are nearby, as is the tram into the city center. Paolo was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
