Avenue Suites

Avenue Suites is in a great spot, within walking distance of the main attractions and the city center’s restaurants. Inside, everything felt new and stylish, and the place was especially clean. I’d recommend staying here in Bologna.

My husband and I spent three nights here and had a perfect stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and our room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’re sure to come back.

The room was welcoming and bright, with what we needed, including a coffee machine, minibar, and kettle. The shower was spacious and there was always hot water. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows less so. The owner kindly let us check in a couple of hours early, and the price seemed fair. We’d recommend it for a 3-4 day stay in Bologna. We stayed three nights in this recently renovated B&B. It’s about 20 minutes on foot from both the train station and the city center, though getting to all the sights can take 35-40 minutes and the walk can be tiring if you skip public transport. The rooms are on the sixth floor, with a fast, convenient elevator, and entry is by code. The front door is loud, especially from inside the room, and it sometimes startled us when other guests came in. In the early morning, we could hear the cleaning staff chatting quietly in the hall while rooms were occupied.
